Management

 The Board of Directors control and supervise the company’s acting management, and approves the company’s strategy. Apart from the CEO, the members of the Board of Directors come from outside the company.

Werdia Oy (previously Weppihiiri Oy) owns 48 per cent of Kirahvi-domainit Oy, which provides companies with webhosting services. Werdia and Kirahvi-domainit were established by Timo Lämsä and Nuutti Gylling in 2000. Nuutti Gylling, CEO of Kirahvi-domainit, is a member of the Board of Directors of Werdia and Timo Lämsä, CEO at Werdia, is a member of the Board of Directors of Kirahvi-domainit.

IT studies at the Aalto University School of Science and Technology. Lämsä has more than ten years of experience in software production in the infrastructure and insurance industries, in particular. He is a founding shareholder of Werdia and acted as the CEO in 2000–2009 and 2011->.

Director of Project and Product Operations,
Antti Hyttinen
M.Sc.(Tech.) (Interactive Digital Media and Telecommunications Management). Hyttinen has more than ten years of experience in software production and project management. He has worked at Planar Systems and Elisa. He was the Deputy CEO of Werdia in 2002–2009, and is a shareholder of Werdia.
